Meet Stephanie

Stephanie has over 30 years of experience directing strategic, global multi-disciplinary consulting services for a major financial institution. Before founding Premier Legacy Partners, she led a team of Family Wealth Consultants who provided information and education to multi-generational families, advisors, and family offices on topics such as family dynamics, rising generation preparation and education, family governance, family business transitions and succession planning, family culture, preserving legacy, and family giving. In 2021, the group was recognized by industry peers and awarded the best Wealth Counseling offering from Family Wealth Report.

As a certified Executive Leadership Coach, Stephanie developed an internal executive coaching program that supported hundreds of executives and advisors in expanding their roles or transitioning to new roles, aiming to enhance effectiveness and productivity in delivering business results. The internal coaching program played a key role in talent and succession planning for future leaders and advisors.

In her role as a Global Human Resources Leader, Stephanie worked as a strategic partner with Executive Leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies to improve business performance. Her expertise included leadership development, talent planning, leading organizational change, culture change and employee engagement, building and leading high-performing teams, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Stephanie holds an MA degree in organizational psychology from Alliant International University, San Francisco and an MS degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Stephanie earned her certificate in executive coaching from Columbia University Business School and Teachers College and is a contributing author to the book on the transformational impact of executive coaching in organizations. In addition, she has published numerous thought leadership pieces on a range of topics. 

Stephanie is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach for Clifton StrengthsFinder and StrengthsExplorer providing strengths-based coaching to adults and youth to identify unique talents and support engagement. She is also a DISC behavioral assessment expert coach and facilitator supporting leadership development, communication, decision making, collaboration and self-awareness. 

Stephanie resides in San Diego and serves clients and advisors across the United States and internationally. In her leisure time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, hiking and is a yoga enthusiast.
