Before founding Premier Legacy Partners, Stephanie was Senior Vice President and Advice and Planning Director for Wells Fargo’s Wealth and Investment Management. In this role she led Family Wealth and Culture Services, a national team of professionals supporting ultra-high- net-worth individuals, couples, multigenerational families, advisors and family offices with strategies to meet their wealth objectives and successfully grow, preserve and transition wealth across generations. Family Wealth and Culture Services provided highly specialized advice in the areas of Family Dynamics, Education and Governance, Family Philanthropy, Family Wealth Planning, Next Generation Engagement and Preparation, and Family and Business History and Legacy.

In 2021, the group was recognized by industry peers and awarded the best Wealth Counseling offering from Family Wealth Report. Stephanie’s previous experience at Wells Fargo as a Human Resource Executive involved leading a team of multi-disciplined specialists providing strategic advisory and consulting services in the areas of executive and leadership coaching and development, talent management and succession planning, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and engagement across the globe.

Stephanie holds an MA degree in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco and an MS degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Stephanie earned her certificate in executive coaching from Columbia University Business School and Teachers College and is a contributing author to the book on the transformational impact of executive coaching in organizations.

In addition, she has published numerous thought leadership pieces family dynamics, next generation wealth inheritor education, governance, family giving, the impact of wealth and business transition planning. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach for Clifton StrengthsFinder and StrengthsExplorer providing strengths-based coaching to adults and youth to identify unique talents and support engagement. She is also a DISC behavioral assessment expert coach and facilitator supporting leadership development, communication, decision making, collaboration and self-awareness. 

Stephanie resides in San Diego and serves clients and advisors across the United States and internationally. In her leisure time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, hiking and is a yoga enthusiast.
